Hi Rowan followers

Rowan Energy continues to move forward, with some real progress being made this month.

Customer Service upgrades

The development of our customer service infrastructure is well underway. Jane has been working with Zendesk and a third-party provider to design and build a scalable model that is future proof for when we are scaling from <100 customers >10k customers.

Development

The POC for our carbon offset certificates is in progress, ready to be presented to potential investors.

Rowan is still in the design phase of the Rowan Blockchain 2. But this will include advanced mining pools offered to SmartMiner customers as rewards. Our new blockchain changes slightly what we are doing with the rewards platform but will encourage the product in the long run, which means it is better for our Tokenomics model.

We continue to test and secure our platform before our national launch.

SmartMiner Roll Out

Rowan is also preparing the certified installer franchise model — to be able to scale the business quicker across all areas of the company. Once we have these models in place, we can look at rolling out the product internationally.

The latest release of the SmartMiner software is in test and should be delivered to our existing customer base within the next few weeks. Once this is ready and has been tested by our beta customers, Rowan will begin the process of pre-selling the device to offer early bird discounts. All these upgrades are being put in place to start the installation process in January.

Staff

Rowan is in the process of taking on new staff to meet its development and marketing demands, and some new faces will be appearing soon on social media and in the company profile.

Partnerships

The Cambridge university NetZero program is going well. This week David Duckworth gave a presentation to potential investors as part of the program.

A few partnerships are being formed as we move forward. A camper van hire firm and a new green festival will be using Rowan to offset their carbon footprint next year. Once the contracts are all signed, we will be able to give out press releases.

We also continue to work with UK regulators and third party legal and security contractors to ensure we can launch on the tier one exchange as soon as possible.

We have some further media coverage coming up with a case study on the progress of the rewards program.

Plus, interviews on how the Rowan Blockchain will be changing the current eco narrative on blockchain in general.
